Before starting her own company, Leticia worked as a product manager in various companies. Over those years, she used all kinds of no-code and low-code tools to accelerate her work, and that of her teams and stakeholders. In 2023, with significant advances in artificial intelligence, she realized this technology would bring a crucial change to these tools.
She decided to develop a platform that would help people create products more quickly, easily, and affordably. Leticia started alone, and in January 2024, she launched the first version of the product. Adoption was swift, and in conversations with new users, she discovered that many of them wanted to build end-to-end products.
This prompted her to further explore this development path. In search of partners to complement her skills, Leticia joined the Antler acceleration program. It was there that she met Bruno Carazzi, who had recently left a startup in the artificial intelligence space where he was the COO. Seeking a new challenge, Bruno was attracted to Codly’s proposal due to its strong synergy with his creative profile, despite his lack of technical knowledge, but with a keen desire to create products.
Despite this, the team still needed a CTO with the determination and skill to tackle the challenge of building a no-code platform. Through LinkedIn, Leticia and Bruno met Alberto, who was then a director at Conta Simples and had a keen interest in no-code tools. Alberto had studied the topic extensively, and his thesis was on no-code technology. Excited by the opportunity, he decided to dedicate himself fully to building Codly.
And so began the story of Codly. Together, Leticia, Bruno, and Alberto are democratizing the creation of digital products, helping companies and individuals innovate with ease and efficiency.
